I got my stove from Hansens and it’s been nothing but great. Their customer service is amazing and they were very helpful in helping me pick the right stove. Their prices were also great. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends!

Absolutely the worse service I’ve ever had. A very successful realtor friend suggested I check them out, she will get an ear full from me now. They put deep marks in our brand new floor, dragged appliances across the floor with no drop cloth etc. Broke off the turn off value for water to refrigerator and then turned to me and said guess you’re going to need a plumber. We bought six appliances, two of which were not the ones he showed us, at a cost of over $6,000 and they still charged $750 delivery/installation. It was raining that day and they unloaded all the appliances and left in the rain as they took the old out, this made a mess in the house and also made the Owner manuals worthless. It also took multiple calls and a return trip after install to get the information needed to get a manufacturer rebate $200. There is more but this is long enough.

I scheduled a service and a call was made two times confirming the time and day. After taking off work and being at home … waiting four hours with no show or no call explaining why they didn’t show up… I called them. They said there was no scheduled service for that day with no explanation of why no one showed. They said the service was for another day the following week. I was charged anyways the service fee which I was told would not be charged but partly reimbursed when they come.. if they come… next week. We will see what happens. I’m very upset and disappointed as this has never happened with them before.

Bought a refrigerator, a double oven and a microwave from Hansen’s. Love all 3 items. Lou could not have been more accommodating as we did this all over the phone. He got me exactly what I needed and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them!

Very disappointed. Bought a washer, dryer and a refrigerator from Hansen’s. The refrigerator stopped freezing and staying cold. I called Hansen’s and it was under 13 months from the purchase. They told me they would do nothing for me and to call Whirlpool. Not the kind of service I expected and would not recommend them.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The first fridge we bought made all my food go bad, the second one the ice maker keeps freezing up and their “fix” didn’t work but now that I have tried to get them to re-fix it they keep hanging up on me and giving me the run around.

This has now been going on since July of 2024. It’s January 2025 and the “new” fridge they delivered also doesn’t work. We’re on the 3rd fridge.

THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS EVER.

The owner will ghost you and just take your money but never fix anything or give you a working machine.

TOTAL TRASH

Worst customer service ever and worst fridges and appliances.

I’ve gotten many appliances from the reconditioned store as well as some from the new appliance showroom. Their work etiquette is superb, their new showroom is beautiful, delivery is flawless, and last, but not least, there machines WORK. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!
