Just closed on land March 24, 2021. Most real estate agents will return your first call, help you once or twice, then they are gone...a quality that taints their industry, in my opinion. But not Harriett Downs. We started out with Marc who was wonderful in sending us listings for a piece of rural land for our weekend getaway. He even was available when we were lost and called him asking for help. Always pleasant and concerned that we would find what we were in search of that day. After weeks of looking (and getting lots of listings forwarded to us by him), we finally found our five acres in Levy County. Then, we continued with Donna, another great agent who works with Marc, and she was just as wonderful...promptly getting us our contracts to sign, explaining everything, enduring our changes with a polite 'no problem', and doing everything a great agent should do. So, could we possibly be happier with the service provided to us? NO WAY. Marc and Donna are the absolute best..take it from someone who has been buying real estate for over 40 years. We highly, highly recommend Harriet Downs. You will not be disappointed.
