This is a fantastic hardware store. Anything under the sun. I love stores like this. Friendly knowledgeable staff to help find what you need. I could not find a specific size o-ring in 10 other shops, but found it in this shop.

Staff didn’t speak to me when I came in. They also don’t allow you to use a business card without an ID fyi. So if your boss sends you with a company card they won’t let you use it, unlike every other business allows. Especially with a PIN. Won’t be back.

The staff isn't that helpful except the Hispanic man who has worked there for decades. I don't know his name, but he will take you to exactly what you're looking for. All the other employees seemed to be bothered by shoppers being there. Love the convenience of it being close to home.

Pretty good experience my first time here. One of the fellows spent quite a bit of time looking for something for me. Although I walked out empty handed I appreciated his effort.

Parking is next door and serves several buildings, so watch the signs. Place itself has an old feel, but they are heavily stocked and there were several other customers while I was there.

You should check it out if in the area.

Parking was available next door and on the street. No one acknowledge me while I entered or walked thru the store. The place is disorganized, dusty & lighting is dim. After finding what I was looking for, it required to be cut by an employee. When I went to the front where two women do the cashiering and look at their phones. I asked for help, but I was sent to look for the guy in back, whom was never present.
No customer service whatsoever, even when one of them walked by me a couple of times. I try to support smaller hardware stores rather than the big box stores with political affiliations ( ie. Home Depot) But I left without purchasing anything.

This is a great local hardware store, it's our community store. Most of the homes and apartments here were built between the 1950's through the mid-1970's. They carry most of what we need to repair our homes in a pinch, and more if we want to be creative. The employees are the best, never too busy to answer a question, nor are they too busy to find what you need...if they have it. Not many stores around like this anymore...what a gem!!!
