I attended a presentation by Kimberly a year ago of the part hearing plays in our lives and how important it is for mental processing and human relationships. I decided then if I ever needed help with my hearing, I wanted her to be involved. My wife and I went to her last week for a hearing test. She did a very thorough job and explained every aspect as we went thru it. We found it very interesting and helpful. We needed hearing aids. She helped us decide which model would work the best for us. She ordered them and the delivery was quick. The fitting and programming was another opportunity to understand further what these devices will do for us. Her explanations are very understandable. We are very happy with what we are experiencing. She has been prompt with any questions/issues we have encountered. We highly recommend her! Go, Kimberly!

Frank met Kimberly in a local store at the time she was working on the building for Hearology. She has worked thru the process of reactivation a company plan for service. She is 30 min from my home. She tested my hearing and ordered the best suited aides. She has educated on the features and instructed on the use of the fob control.
