Do you want the deer you culled/harvested/hit with your car to have the best possible chance of tasting amazing? Then Heibereger Grocery's deer processing is the place for you (and, by default, that deer)! The facility is clean, with tile floors and stainless counters and tables. I've used other processors in the area and this is definitely your first and best choice.
They'll butcher your harvest however you want it.
You want it all ground up? They can do that.
You want cut into roasts so you can get your delicatessen on? They can do that too.
The staff is very friendly, and professional, and if you take them more than one deer, they'll probably remember your name.

Heiberger grocery is a staple in its surrounding small communities. The owner and employees are all nice, friendly, and very dependable. Not only is this a small grocery, they also process deer, and also make hamburgers, cheeseburgers, patty melts, bbqs, and several more items, and they cut and season ribeye steaks (which are delicious).
