Dishonest business alert.
I suggest you get any service requested in writing or better yet find an honest company. They will misrepresent what they can do and bill you higher than the quote. If you want to pay more and get less Heller is the place for you

I purchased a barrel from this company. A fairly expensive one I might add. I had issues with the barrel so I sent it back to have it looked at. According to them everything was to spec so I emailed them and called them numerous times to get the barrel back but they will not reply to me. It's been upwards of 6 months now. It looks like I got ripped off . I would not trust this company if I were you

Sent email with a serious question regarding a product I had purchased from them. No reply has been given and it has been over 10 days. Would never do business with them again. Post revised 1/3/19. Was finally contacted by Mr. Heller, He went above and beyond to help me get this issue fixed. I have changed my rating to 5 stars because of the great customer service I received. I bought a box of 380 ammo for my primary carry (M&P Bodyguard) side arm. I fired 24 rounds from the box and had 2 dud rounds. This might be OK for target practice but not for carry purposes. I sent an email (6/9/2017) to the company and I never received a response. I didn't expect much of a response but I did expect an acknowledgement. They need to do better.

Never had any problems that wasn't taken care of immediately to my satisfaction I really like Heller I have did buisness with them forever use to buy lot of motorcycle parts from them when they were located outside city limits in the country. Would still buy motorcycle parts from them but to old to ride. I buy all my lawn mower belts from them. And any bearing that was ever made they have.

First time using there .308 ammo For target practice with are m&p rifles both rilfes jam up it was hell getting the casing out of the bolt carrier dont Recommend using this ammo
