So I recently purchased a 2024 Trx final package edition which cost me over $150k. I love my truck but one day I did notice the left side of my bed is higher than the right. So I paid closer attention and found the tailgate had a bigger gap on the left side. Right side gap 1/8

I did call into the the dealer to get it fixed under warranty since I’ve only owed the truck 5 months. I had a rep named J.E.S.S.I.C.A be my “case manager”. I had my wife drop it off and on day of pick up I did realize that they only had adjusted the hindges on the tail gate and did not fix the lean. I clearly explained to her that the bed right side is lower than the right. According to her they did align the truck and everything looked perfect. According to her my bed was only tilted less than 1/8 of an inch. Which I do not understand where her math is coming from there’s a gap bigger than one inch. I explained to her over and over what needs to be checked and corrected. Per the case manager J.E.S.S.I.C.A she said the truck is fine and they do not adjust the trucks even under warranty. She recommended for me to take it to a body shop as if the truck had body damage ? I then realized she clearly doesn’t know anything about cars so I told her I am not going to do business with her and I will be picking up my truck and taking it else where.
I will never recommend this dealer let alone my “case manager” which I would have to call every few hours to get updates.

I had inquired about a 1500 Laramie for $55k, called and set up an appointment for 4 days later. When they called to confirm the appointment I checked the truck and the price had jumped almost $20k. When asked why, 4 sales associates could not give me a reason. I instead took my business elsewhere and bought a truck there. Avoid this place as the numbers will change on you.

Took it in for an electrical issue and the service counter didn’t even let the mechanics look at it and they just said that it would be out of pocket that it’s not covered by my warranty. If a mechanic would have said that that’s fine but it would have cost me out of pocket. This issues has happened with two other cars we’ve gotten from them in the past five years. I’ve had nothing but problems with the service department since getting the car less than three years ago.
