Extremely helpful and friendly. I had to re-screen a front screen door. It is an older wooden door with a unique inset for the screen. I took it to another place who said they could not do it. Shane at True Value did a great job and was very fair with the price. I am grateful.

I was trying to get help today when a women named Conny came up to the guy helping me and demanded him to stop helping me and do something for her. Since I once worked there she didn't consider me a customer. I was told she is that way with everyone. No more veteran discounts.

Quality service as always 10 years later I've gone here for everything possible. They don't have everything but what they do have it a quick in and out service. Paired with decent prices o hope this place stays around for years to come even though I know the main owner has passed his wife has done great keeping the place up.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I came in there hoping to by a attachment for my dryer but ended up going to home depot. There was this guy in a hat and glasses talking about a jeep instead of asking me if I need help or directing to where the parts to my dryer would be. The young lady at the counter was super nice though although she was very busy doing her job. That was the only good thing about this store was the young girl greeting me as I came in.

My bicycle chain snapped and Shane an employee took the time while on his shift and helped me by taking the chain and grinding a piece just perfect to fit back on, Thank you Shane for being an amazing help.

I can't say enough about this particular hardware stores dedication to pleasing their customers....
I have gone to this very store for many years now. This has always been my personal favorite for just about everything I might need. It's small which I prefer to those larger chains. Cashier's to sales personnel are always eager to help you when asked. Had a large enough selection of necessities and at a reasonable price. Maybe not all the different choices materials or Brands but enough to get a job done! Thank you everyone!
