5 Stars – Amazing Experience at Herren Tire!

I can’t say enough good things about Herren Tire in Paragould! My tires were wearing, so I called Herren at the beginning of the week to see what they could do for me. From the very first phone call, I was impressed by how friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable the staff were.

They took the time to explain my options, answer my questions, and make sure I felt completely confident in my decision. When I arrived, I was greeted like family—genuine smiles, warm conversation, and a clear sense that they truly care about their customers.

The service was quick, professional, and done right the first time. You can tell this team takes pride in their work. It’s rare these days to find a business that combines top-notch service with that small-town kindness and attention to detail—but Herren Tire nails it.

I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for trustworthy service and a team that treats you like one of their own. I’ll definitely be back!

I'm not surprised to see that so many people have taken the time to leave a great review. I feel the need to add my voice to the chorus.

I was a little over a barrel, and these guys went out of their way to help me. I was in and out in no time. While I waited, I happened to observe the way they treated each other, along with how they treated people who called, and how they treated people who came in. Never once did I get the idea they were there just to sell you something and make as much as they could. It was, how can we help? It was, if there's a need, how do we meet it? Well, my need was met that day. It wasn't just met, it was exceeded.

It's that kind of attitude that's allowed them to not only build such a great business, but maintain it all these years. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you again Herren Tire for your all help. I will no doubt call on you again, and in the meantime I will recommend everyone else do the same.

My husband was in need of new tires for his work vehicle. The only day we were able to take the car up there was on a Saturday. We were able to drop it off at 7:45 and within 45 minutes we were called and told it was ready. I got tires at a great price with some of the best customer service. Great service and great people! Had no idea what the noise was, but Michael offered to take my car for a drive to determine what the noise was and recommended new tires because of the wear. Obviously, that’s not what I wanted to hear, but they were able to fit me in and get me some new tires! There is no more noise when I’m driving and it’s a lot more smooth. Will definitely be back!
