Whether you come in with rags or riches, Mr. Hess and his entire staff’s kindness knows no bounds. Throughout my encounters here, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Steven, Alex, Anthony, and Kyla. Each staff member is polite, dedicated, and proficient.

Astonishing lack of professionalism. When you walk into a supposedly high-end auction house and the first question they ask is how much you think your item is worth, you need to beware. In my opinion this place is little better than a pawn shop with delusions of grandeur.
