It was actually horrible. The shoes my son picked out said 170.00 and once I got in the car I realized something wasn't right but the total al 220.00 so went back and and they did make it right however the next morning when my son went to put on the shoes we figured out why they actually rang up for 220.00 bc he asked me if they were supposed to be two different and I said I doubt they'd be that different so again I had to go back and get the right other shoe..

Both parties were very helpful great customer service. I just did not like how they were flooded with so many customers. There was no one available to watch the floor because they both had to be on a register. Being understaffed to this nature creates an open space for theft because the merchandise is not guarded. One of the cashiers seemed overwhelmed. The store was just way to congested for two people. They wait was lengthy but they did flow well. For safety purposes 3 but customer service 5

The only thing that I didn't like is when I had a employee to call to another store for a size they didn't tell me that the shoes were on sell !!!! And I didn't get the sell price

I went to the store and saw some shoes on sale for $54.99. I tried them on and liked them. I went to purchase them and they rung up for $135. The sales person checked the sales sign and got the manager. The manager refused to give me the shoes at the advertise price. She only offered 10% off. I called corporate and talked to customer service. The custoner service agent was great but he told me someone from the district would be in contact with me. No one has called or tried to resolve my issue. I will not go back to this store. I do not have time for false advertising. They should have honored the sales price.
