I would not recommend taking my car there unless you want to end up having them try and sell you a bunch of service you don't need. Went in today to get the alignment done and was scheduled for 4 pm and after sitting there a while I decided to take a walk and was told they where almost done but when I went outside and my car hasn't moved yet and when I came back they had just moved it inside and that was probably around 5:30 and so I waited and not even a half hour later I get called up and the guy tells me that the shocks, struts, tie rods, etc everything needed to be replaced. B.S. I work on my car a lot and I would know if any of that was bad. Oh and I got tires a month before in Moore and they said they would do the alignment check like on all cars since I told them it needs it and I could t afford it that day. I don't recoomend going there either because they either didn't even check it or they did and didn't find nothing but the alignment needing fixed but still didn't say anything. There is no way all that went bad in a month since I was barely driving and driving slow and careful.

I stopped at the store to order the tires for my car and they had them the next day. Brought the car in at the service time and they started work right then. Had the tires on and rolling down the road a half hour later. Great service. Very happy with the final cost. In and out with no issues. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Great people. Was in town for a few days in a rental. Naturally, I had a flat tire, and to get the spare tire off, I needed a specific size torx screw to unlock it. The rental was missing that bit from the tool set.

I walked over to Hibdon Tires from my hotel and explained my situation to the manager. Without hesitation, he loaned me the tools. He spoke to his techs, and both offered to loan me their personal tools. I offered to pay him or give him my ID as collateral, and he said, "No man. I trust my brother."

Needless to say, without his unhesitant desire to help someone who needed help, this could have been so much more arduous.

I brought the tools back, had them plug the tire, and was back on my way within an hour. I'm not saying this is common around here but from where I am from I don't think this would have happened.

From a pure customer service standpoint, if I could give them 10 Google stars, I would.

BEWARE!!! Don’t use this place. I had an oil change and a tire rotation. My front bumper was damaged from the service work. It’s been two months and nothing but a runaround from the Norman store, their claims department, and their corporate office; they still have not taken responsibility to repair my car. I filed a claim with the claim department and received an email from a Robert G stating the bumper had damaged prior to the repair and that the tech took pictures of the damage. It’s been a month and I’ve asked Robert G several times to send me the pictures; of course I got no reply and no pictures of prior damage. I called their corporate office in Tennessee, and was told by two different operators they didn’t know the CEO’s name of their corporation. REALLY!! I am sure Channel 4 in your corner would like to help with this.

I'm from South Texas on a road trip to Oklahoma & Kansas. My Renegade started having a major shake. I made a call & Jeff took my info & mentioned one of their other stores was closer. I called them. Not helpful. A bit rude. Called Jeff back. He gave me directions & said they would squeeze me in.
They diagnosed my problem & ordered parts. Unfortunately, they wouldn't be in till the next day. They gave us a ride to the hotel & offered a pick up the next day.
They got my jeep going sooner than expected with a great price & a smile.
Helpful, excellent customer service & a job well done. I can't express how happy I am with this location, Jeff & the mechanics. Jeff could give lessons to the interstate location. Thank you.

Had a tire out of balance, it was corrected while I waited. They greatly exceeded my expectations, checked and found other tires out of balance, and need to rotate tires, they ask me if I wanted this done, I said yes, very short time work was finished and I was on my way, less than an hour.
