I was helped by Kelsey when I went in; she gave great recommendations and was very knowledgeable. She’s also extremely sweet as well! Lots of variety in whatever you’re looking for and the place is cutely decorated. Plenty of freebies too and I recommend signing up for their rewards program to save money on your purchases. Truly the only smoke shop I’ve been going to for years now; they’re very reliable with great selection and a cool staff.

I placed an online order 12/18/24
After 5 calls to store to see where & when my order will be shipped.
All they say is they will forward to shipping department. As on today 01/02/25 I've heard nothing back.

Higher up has made it right. My order had gotten misplaced.

The went there for the first time and was very impressed. The employee was named Megahn and she was super nice and professional. She didn't card me because I am 37 but she did ask for the ID of another younger looking customer which was good. Megahn helped me feel comfortable in the store as it was my first experience. Very impressed.
