It's too bad that the drawbacks of this resort almost outweigh its many attractions including a very nice setting in wonderful Olde Naples, nicely appointed 2-bedroom 2 bath units, and many amenities served up by a very professional and helpful staff. However, as a couple who dotes on modern-day electronics for our in-house entertainment, we have to say this place falls short, with both Amazon Echo capability and cable TV Music channels all blockaded, compounded by the many tedious clicks needed to set up the TV to play streaming content (which must be repeated at each turn-on). All this makes it worthwhile to just sit around the Tiki bar and drink.

Nice hotel, great location. We had a 2 bed apartment which was a great size, plenty big enough for a family. Full size kitchen, washer and dryer. Very clean. Parking was excellent and the pool area looked nice though we didn’t use it. There is also a private dock where you can get boat rides and fish from etc. they also had what looked like decent rental bikes.||The area is great, 5 minute walk to tin city, 10 minutes to 5th Avenue and about 20 mins to 3rd Avenue.||Be aware that there are no elevators and if you’re on the third floor it’s 3 sets of stairs. ||The only negative was the check in experience. If you arrive after 6pm you have to get your key from a lock box after speaking on a very poor line to a 3rd party company. Initially they told us the wrong room so I had to go back, luckily got someone else the second time and they gave us the right room. Lucky for us it was just one floor below the room we were initially told and not in another building!

Beautiful place, quiet and safe, nice views from all rooms, the resort is small but is really nice. Jorge at the front desk was amazing, friendly he was above and beyond. Is close to the beach, downtown and many other places. New appliances, just be aware of the front desk hours reception is not open 24/7.

Many thanks to front desk manager Isaiah for returning my husband's credit card that he inadvertently dropped on the pavement outside our unit! The staff was friendly and prompt at responding to requests. Nice location - can easily walk to downtown or the beach. This is an older resort that has been remodeled.

We were here in August (which is the off season). The room accommodations were excellent; comfortable, clean, well stocked. The managers responded very quickly to all our requests. They always greeted us with a smile. The Tiki bar food and drinks (non-alcoholic) were terrific. I definitely would stay there again.

Amazing location. Walking distance to 5th ave, Tin City and South center. Great rooms. Comfortable and clean. They do not provide housekeeping for less than a week stays. You must wash your towels and do your beds.

Pros- the two bedroom condos are newly renovated and are very beautiful and well appointed. We felt comfortable and had plenty of space. The pool and hot tub overlook the bay , which is so relaxing to sit in the hot tub and see the boats. I loved riding the complimentary bicycles to the beach to walk and around town. Location is close to 5th ave , but I would suggest driving not walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful and warm. Housekeeping is fabulous and the rooms are spotless! ||Not so great- it was raining when I arrived and I walked in the kitchen area and floor was wet! It was a leak in the roof and was dripping water from the ceiling. You could tell this was a repeated issue as there was a patch on the ceiling.Then the sugar ants came out on the kitchen counters! Not a great start to my stay. However, maintenance responded promptly to these issues and the rest of week no maintenance concerns. Also, if you have mobility issues I would not recommend this resort, a lot of stairs and it’s built on elevated land. No elevators||Overall- I would stay here again. If you are seeking a quiet, smaller resort in a convenient location, stay here.

No hot water the first night. Had to wait several hours for on-call maintenance to arrive and fix the water heater. Patio doors did not lock well, and we had to keep messing with them. Infested with sugar ants, to the point they were crawling on us and we were getting bit & had itchy bumps everywhere. They denied they had bed bugs. Palmetto bugs in the bedrooms and bathroom. Complained to management and they sprayed the outside. Never seen them come in to spray the inside. Asked management to give us our points back. Never heard from them. Never were offered a different room to stay in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
