Really enjoyed shopping here! The staff is awesome!! Super friendly but not over bearing. They made great suggestions and my husband bought the perfect shirt thanks to the wonderful sales lady!! We will definitely return here to shop. Really cool clothes! Lots of sizes to choose from too.

Best service ever. Very friendly and helpful. They want to sell their stuff but are not pushy in any way. Walked in without anything in mind and just for looking and ended up with 3 pairs of sunglasses. Plus they carry Birkenstock 😁

What a spot. Hipnautical curates an incredible collection of clothing brands with top notch designs. Best vibe and store flow in the area. Their staff is super friendly, and when they didn't have my size in stock, the manager (Luis) went above and beyond with unreal service level. Communication was on point and delivered on his promise by shipping it out as soon as the item came in stock. Fantastic experience.

In response, we enjoy the brand and that is what brought us to your store. In love for your customers you should give a disclaimer of possible defect of the product. Also, let the customer know these same shorts are on clearance for a third of what you priced at. Of course they were worn, how else would we know the defect. It was up to your team to make this right and that did not happen. Even chubbies brand would frown upon your service.
This is simply bad business. At this point my objective is to let other families know not to spend their hard earned money in your stores. We love johns pass, love chubbies brand. Yet, we are dissatisfied in your customer service.

Awful customer service. Purchased a pair of chubbies at full price, only to find out they are see through in the pool. When attempted to exchange the sales associate said to pick another pair, we then spent time looking for a different pair that would not have same problem. Brought them to the counter only to meet the manager Luis that would not allow the exchange. Even more ridiculous was we went on chubbies website to see they were on clearance at 35 dollars. The manager would not exchange or match the difference in the store mark up. Would not do anything for us! Left with overpriced shorts that are useless in the pool. Will never make a purchase at this store again. Don’t waste your money or time!

Visiting from Tennessee and I’ve gotta say… This store had the friendliest service and best prices in all of Tampa
