Great place for cheap meats and produce! Often runs sales making the affordable even more affordable. The Delian food area has smoked meats made fresh every weekend and more affordable meals for you and especially kids. Some gluten-free options available as well. This is the first store that I've ever seen the 25 lb bags of gluten-free flour! Gluten-free flour in bulk is hard to find without paying huge amounts for shipping!

I came to Williston to be with family as I evacuated from Orlando during Hurricane Milton. I ordered food from your deli that looked hot & delicious. The deli associate (a white woman) proceeded to put together my food with no gloves on, as she proceeded to feed herself (place food in her mouth) from the deli area. As someone who is ServSafe certified, I know this is not sanitary. Also, I mentioned she was placing food in wrong half of tray as one part is bottom to hold more, she responded, it doesn’t matter. She went on to say the regular trays should be back in store soon. Needless to say, I left the food. While I usually have had a pleasant experience whether at either your Williston or Alachua location when in the area, this was a rare & first occurrence for me.

Loving the new Snap/ Fresh produce vegetable incentive.
Everytime you use your EBT card to purchase groceries, you get a voucher to purchase fruits and vegetables. So far I have racked up like $60 in 4 trips.

Just moved to Williston. I thought Hitchcock markets would be a great place to shop. Unfortunately, my first time there the manager, Sherry was the most aggressive and abusive person towards me. Also, They literally stole money from me. Money was taking out of my account and they were not letting me take my Groceries. I couldn’t believe what I just went through. I am in shock and the manager Sherry should be absolutely fired. She’s very miserable you can tell and whoever the general manager of the store is I really hope they can fix this problem. I own several businesses and just the way I was treated. Here is disgusting. I cannot believe they stole money from me and on top of it were rude to me. So much for a small town and great vibe I’m gonna pray for her
