Had a return from online. Spoke to a representative and couldn’t give me a gift card for return bc they don’t do that anymore. Decided to wait until I found my daughter so she could pick out an item. Once she did we went back to the counter and the new manager wouldn’t allow a refund bc we needed to send back through mail. Called customer service and they said it was up to the manager Jenn who wouldn’t approve.
Lesson learned be careful what you buy online and don’t shop at this location!

This store closed an hour and 20 minutes before the time listed on both the website and Google maps.
The employee inside the store refused to help us at 7:40pm. We called customer service and it was just a generalized number for the company itself and they claimed to not have any information about individual stores. I have never seen a store that did not have to adhere to their own business hours.

I walked in to do some last minute shopping for items I had forgotten to bring on my trip.
Instead of being greeted and/or offered assistance I was followed around to each rack as I browsed for dress shirts. As if I’m shoplifting not shopping… poor customer service.

H&M is always a great place to shop at , the only downside is the customer service that is being provided. I visited this store on March 6 2023 at around 11 a.m and there were two young ladies working there . I did not receive a warm welcome from niether of them . They were both very unpleasant and gave me an attitude when I asked for help . They also gave each other a look and rolled there eyes which they thought i did not see . I felt very uncomfortable. Luckily the cashier whose name was either Emily or Evelyn or something similar was very nice and attentive . I believe she did the afternoon shift that day .

It is nice, clean, uncrowded, and -to my surprise- reasonably priced. I last minute needed to get a belt and found a very nice quality belt for less than twenty dollars. I had never been to Pacific city before, but it was a really nice trendy place to check out. (:

Terrible customer service for a return. Received a gift with a gift receipt, took two visits and treated like a criminal. They wouldn’t process the exchange unless we had reached the amount even when we said we didn’t care about losing some money. Also trash left out on displays and after all that they forgot to remove the security tag so we had to go back again.
