Nice folks.
They installed this door three times: Once, it wouldn’t close. Twice it wouldn’t open all the way. The photos are the next day of the third installation. Could it be the new door was warped prior to installation?
A new Arctic grade seal seems to have stopped the air flow. Hopefully this fix will hold. If not, I am assured Hoffer will make it right.

I highly recommend Hoffer Glass. We have purchased windows and doors from them for two separate homes; one replacement in an existing home and one for new construction. The employees were friendly and beyond helpful. I love that they offer a wide variety of products to offer and the energy efficiency such as triple pane with low e and argon. So many door options! We had such a wonderful experience both times and I would highly recommend Hoffer Glass. They were knowledgeable, friendly and we were so happy with our windows and doors!
