Good breakfast, nice staff, and rooms were relatively clean. BUT... there were a few small signs of dirtiness around the room, (for example, there were old Cheez-Its in the AC, which is kind of gross) and our quilt was ripped and marked for a repair reminder or something. (Obviously doesn't affect the bed at all, just something I noticed.) Overall a very nice hotel but I think our room could have been cleaned a bit better.

I've stayed in this hotel several times and it doesn't disappoint. Like most hotels prices go up on weekends but it's still worth it and week day prices are great! The rooms are clean the staff is always friendly and don't seem to hate their jobs. Breakfast is always warm and appetizing. I've never had a bad experience so no need to try and different hotel when I pass through

We stayed 1 night. Used the pool and fitness center. Our room and entire hotel was VERY clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Tons of choices for breakfast. Our sons favorite was the automatic pancake maker/machine... super fun! Would definitely recommend and stay here again, while visiting Bend.

Everthing from check-in to check-out was outstanding at this hotel. For older adults the walkin shower is perfect. The breakfast was similar to other hotels with the exception of the egg omelettes. Those omelettes were excellent and a welcome change from the dried scrambled eggs at other hotels. This hotel is highly recommeded.

The Holiday Inn Express located in Bend Oregon was up to the great standards I expect in this chain. The staff was professional and friendly, and the rooms were new and clean-looking. The breakfast had a good amount of variety with GF, low sugar, and milk alternatives.

We had a great stay at IHG bend. The room and hotel were very clean. Room was good size. Great breakfast options as well. Only wish there was a jacuzzi or that the pool was a little bit warmer. (No reason to lower rating) Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel for the location, value and service. Front desk team and the supervisor Brad was super helpful. Breakfast was a hot breakfast and pretty good. Close to the hiking and tourist spots we wanted to visit in Bend. Pet friendly hotel that allowed us to bring our pup at $30+tax/night for the pet fee. Would recommend and stay again myself! Thanks team!

A newer hotel, well kept, very clean and modern. Located on the quiet south side of Bend. Comfortable bed with large pillows, spacious bathroom. Common areas kept clean. Wonderful breakfast selection with exceptional coffee and tea bar. The staff was accommodating and friendly. A very positive experience for a week stay in beautiful Bend.
