i will say the customer service at this location is amazing and some of the best of any store i visit.
that being said the monthly ounce special has gone down hill since this location opened. originally they offered 2 specials for the month, a top tier ounce and a lower tier ounce. once the company was taken over by another company it changed to just 1 special ounce product per month.
which brings us to current day. now you get a selection of top 2 tiers for a higher price or lower tier products for the price the ounce special has been for a while.
no complaints with the price, i get that you are a business and need to make money. however your new special of the month system is just screwy to be honest and you cheat your self out of getting more money for a lower lever product, if you are paying for the top 2 tiers at the higher price you should have the option of choosing an item of a lesser value tier.
ill give an example that i think most have experienced as it has been the normal practice at every location i have been to. if you order a pizza and decide you want it half and half you are going to pay for the pizza at the higher half's price. the company gets a higher price for the lesser product due to customer choice.
if a customer is choosing to have a lesser value item in the mix and agrees to pay the higher amount, it would make a happy customer for getting what they want and i would think a happy company as you would be getting more for your lower tiered products.

back to my initial statement of the customer service being great. might even be a cool if the company could put all extra profits from these sales into the Taco fund (tip jar) at the end of the month.

Emily Dilorenzo is one of the nicest, funniest, sweetest and helpful bud tender in Salem!!! I will pass all other dispensaries just to go here to see her. The prices are unbelievable and unbeatable. The staff alone will keep me coming back over all other dispensaries! Come check out their amazing prices, products and staff. Came through town for a quick visit, stopped in and was greeted by this friendly chick with braids. Later learned her name is Emily. She was personable, quick, answered any silly questions I had AND would ask more clarifying questions to make sure I was getting the right product for my needs. 11/10 bud tender! Will be back any time I'm in town and hope I run into her again!

Best dispensary around in my opinion!!
All staff are awesome and very helpful especially Emily she gives great detail into the products that you’re interested in and even recommends similar products incase you want to switch it up! She’s super friendly and obviously cares about customer service and the products they are selling!!

I don’t know if Hannah is human. I don’t know if she’s something more.

I walked into the dispensary like I had a thousand times before, expecting the usual transaction. But when Hannah looked at me, it was as if she saw through me—past the flesh, past the name on my ID, straight into the part of me I pretend isn’t there.

She didn’t ask what I wanted. She just knew.

With an eerie grace, she slid a jar across the counter, her fingers lingering just long enough to send a shiver up my spine. “This one,” she said, voice smooth and unreadable, like the whisper of wind through an empty house. I opened the lid, and the scent that hit me wasn’t just weed. It was nostalgia. It was déjà vu. It was something older than time and more familiar than my own reflection.

I smoked it that night. And I swear I heard my own voice whispering secrets I’d never told.

I don’t know if Hannah is a witch, a prophet, or just a really good budtender. But I do know one thing.

I’ll be back.
