I've heard about international supermarkets and this is one of them, it is mostly Asian-based with a lot of fresh produce, meat, seafood and other products willing to entertain your household needs. With a mix of a boba tea place and a restaurant nearby, if visiting Homewood, this is a must.

Variety: Like I said, there is indian, mexican, african food, asian food, all the ones you could really think of, an item you might really want but you can't find it somewhere else except the Supermarket.

Accessibility: Easy to find items, aisles marked with things you might need and other condiments, you could even ask the staff for help if you needed assistance.

Miscellaneous: If you didn't wanna shop, there is also food too, Mr Chen's restaurant has a mix of Asian food ranging from dumplings to fried rice and much more. For all you Boba lovers out there, you will be in luck too.

This is the biggest Asian supermarket in the Birmingham area. Probably more than 20,000 items in the store including lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as a huge assortment of live fish and seafood. Where else can you buy the beautiful parrot fish! There’s even a huge selection of cooking utensils, and dinnerware. These is an unique selection of beers and wines found nowhere else. This is one of the very few places I would say that grocery shopping can be exciting! Check out the pictures and see if you don’t agree.

It’s one of the latest places to get Asian groceries, a great place to get fresh fruits, vegetables, meat and fish too. They usually have fresh Banh Mi bread in the entrance, along with fresh Sesame Balls. There’s a huge selection of instant noodles, the frozen section is well stacked too.

This store has an amazing selection of foods from all over the world. Their noodle, rice, spice, frozen bun, and sauce selections are exhaustive. I never buy soy sauce, sesame oil, or rice anywhere else because of their superior price and selection. They have a selection of kitchen ware and home goods in the back. The aisles are narrow, the smell of the seafood selection permeates, and the building is always freezing. The selection and prices are worth it.

I have visited this store several times and have never had a problem until today. I was racially profiled and humiliated by the young male cashier who proceeded to loudly ask me was I paying with an edt card after I told him and showed him that I was paying with a debit card. Their stored machine was not working correctly so it had nothing to do with what type of card that I had regardless if it was Ebt or not. If people are spending money in your store the employees should not try to shame or embarrass them. Even though I personally don’t see anything wrong with using that kind of card the intention behind that young man’s actions were very distasteful. I will not be going back

Fun place with tons of unique grocery items you won’t see anywhere else. An epic ramen aisle, a crazy variety of exotic produce, and a huge variety of imported candy and snacks from all over the world - prices are good too!
The fish market sections smells pretty strong, be warned - but where else are you going to buy whole squids?

If you want seafood like good quality shrimp (a little bit pricy compared to ATL) or crabs, it is a good alternative to all those farmers markets in ATL. This is where we go regularly for some fishes and a few other vegetables.

I also like the fact that, you can get good quality jackfruits ?
