I’m new to this area.
Before I moved here I worked in a health food store for seven years. A small mom and pop type store.
I am used to having to pull forward the product so the shelves look orderly and neat. When I came through the first time I noticed that the product on the shelf was in disarray which to someone who works in retail, it would tell me they do not care very much about the appearance of their environment.
A but I’m housekeeping: The place where you get the distilled water needs some help with up keep. The papers that are taped on to the bottom of the distilled water machine has over time been logged with water therefore, peeling the tape and making it difficult to read the directions, and looking unsanitary. This is also not good business practice.
I figured that the best selling brands in prevention of colds, North American Herb & Spice, as well as the number one pain reliever, Terry Naturally , and the other products this company makes and clinically test before putting on the market, they could have a section all on there own and it would sell very well. Sad to say some of their shelves were out of stock on items. I was disappointed to come into the store twice the size from the one I was used to and the appearance saddened me. I believe this store has more potential than it knows it has. I hope that this heads up spurs on some change. There are many other things that are a positive in this little store. The folks there are always ready to answer questions about particular products and willing to help. Thank you!:)
I have come in twice before and found one of the employees eating her lunch in front of all to see, there by the register. This is unsanitary. I’m sure there Is an employee break area where lunches can be eaten.

Do not shop at this store, these ppl have a scanner on thier transaction machine. That captures and steals your info. So if you shop here continuously check your account for a few hour's. They enjoy Uber eats on thier customers dime.
BEWARE BUSINESS IS SUFFERING, SO THEY'VE RESORTED TO ROBBING CUSTOMERS.

I could have used more help & better customer service for what I spent. It's a pricy establishment & it wasn't well stocked.

Mark and his mother have a genuine love for others and display this in their patience, their knowledge of what helps and what does not, and their honesty ( the most expensive is not always the best). I refer ALL my friends and acquaintances to their store knowing they will be receive the very best services and goods at the best prices

We shopped at this health food store last week. They've got a fairly well stocked store with a variety of items to choose from. The particular item we were looking for was out of stock, but the store manager was very accommodating and offered to order the item for me as soon as possible.

Great variety but they do not offer ohhiras probitics. Understandable since mostly sold online. I felt prices were high but I am new at approaching health concerns with healing a better way.

3 people working all just looked at me. No greeting no nothing. I walked the whole store & spa area. I got a mean look like i wasnt wanted there ao I left. The lady that came in after me got a smile, greeting & directions to where her products were. I will NOT return and will call my friends that thought this would be a good busibess for us to make our weekly purchase & advise to look somewhere else.
