Before I even wondered about my supplies, I received numerous phone calls describing how my case was progressing. They were always one step ahead of me. Used them with my late husband and never had a problem.

SAVE YOUR TIME. GO SOMEWHERE FIRST.
After 6 weeks and multiple phone calls, I still don't have my c pap machine. The first couple of times I called, I was told they had what they needed and was putting together my order. Then after 3 weeksi called again, and was told they did not even have me in their system WHAT? ... I asked the clerk to have a manger call me back. No call again
So I waited a week and call again. This time I was told they DID NOT have the info they needed. I then called my PCP. They confirmed they sent the info on 3/25 but they sent it AGAin to Hope supply.
So I wait a few days. Spoke with Skylar. She information me she has my paperwork but now she tries to tell me I have mes a and b but not my supplement. Again I call my supplement provider and was given absolute confirmation I do have supplement coverage. I assured her I DO HAVE supplement coverage and asked her to call.UHC She refused. Something about if her system doesn't say I have them she can't bill supplement IM DONE. picking up my paperwork. I rarely give a review unless it's good, but here is my exception.

I used this company for bipap supplies. They are incompetent. My last shipment took them a month to get it to me. It had 3 filters for 3 different machines, none mine. They told me to use my cushions for 3 months. Uh, gross. They refused to supply 3 months at a time. Every interaction something gets screwed up. Andrea does NOT know much about the cpap industry and thinks she does. She argued with me frequently over common industry practices. No more; I am done.

They are always late bringing supplies and never have all supplies in one trip. I call a week in advance to make sure that they will have it all on time, but no. We have used them over a year and have never received it all at once except 1 time. And they do not care if it's life and death supplies.I have the right company,My aunt'sThe one that actually has y'all but I have to do all of her business because she can't.

Horrible company to deal with!!!! Would not recommend them for any medical needs. Avoid if at all possible they are a joke. They want to charger for supplies that never get delivered. Total waste of time.
