Ordered online. The cruiser (with gears) assembled easily enough. But for a cruiser designed in a beach town, this thing has not held up well in Santa Barbara. Shifting and braking issues after a year (and local tune ups). The flat black paint they used on the handle bars is coming off. Never seen that before. My 25 y/o DynaGlide makes this thing look like Chinese junk. Sorry, but true.

Very cool shop, great bikes , a little pricey but well worth the money in my opinion. Great customer service too. I would highly recommend HBBC to anyone looking for a high quality Beach cruiser .

Horrible. went through the store 2 times to look at this one bike. Really wanted it but both times the stores employees couldnt give me the time of day. Both standing there on their phones. They never looked up at me or the other couple that was wondering around either. I even picked up brochure to try to answer my own questions. . No "hello", no "can I help you?" Nothing! I came in ready to purchase a $2000 e bike. Went to Electric Bike Company on Brookhurst and bought a very nice $3000 e bike since your store didnt want my money.

My first stop for Cruiser Bike parts. Worth the drive. Excellent service from Eric, Knowledgeable and quick service...Super Great CSR.
Nice and clean organized shop. Big selection of beach cruisers and skate

Bought 2 bikes and tons of accessories this summer which we are happy with. Got a flat tire on one of them so my wife stopped in and grabbed a couple of tubes. I installed one of the tubes and inflated it to 60 lbs, about 60 seconds later the tube bursts. I didn't even have the wheel back on the bike yet. I grab the second tube and everything goes just fine. I try to return the first tube and the manager tells me that I probably didn't have it seated right. I used to work evenings at a bike shop while I was in the Marines and I know how to properly replace a punctured tube. Stand behind what you sell! Treat your repeat customers well and they keep coming back. I probably won't be back.
