Can’t speak for all the reviews from others - especially those buying cars. This was my experience selling a vehicle to them. Had to write this one and give a shout-out to Axel and Luis. They provided me with excellent customer service, prompt communication, and most importantly upheld their word (so valuable in this industry).

Took care of me and had me out under a hour. If you have a well taken care sports car or specialty vehicle, hit them up to see what they can do for you. You can see that they’ve been getting a lot of nice cars in inventory. After inspecting the lot, can confirm that most are in excellent condition with low miles.

If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would. I had an oil change appointment scheduled for 9:15 AM this morning, and Melany Vazquez from the Service Department checked me in. What followed was an infuriating experience. After waiting for OVER TWO HOURS, I was presented with a list of additional services that the technician claimed my vehicle urgently needed.

The recommended services included:

* Alignment
* New Battery
* Wiper Blade Replacement
* Brake Fluid Exchange
* Cooling System Fluid Exchange Service
* EFI Service
* Front Brake Job (Replace Pads/Resurface Rotors)

After seeing the total for these services—over $1,800—I was shocked. I refused to approve any of the additional work and insisted on paying only for the oil change.

I understand that some maintenance is required based on years or mileage, but my main issue was the way Melany pushed me to get my front brakes done, almost as if she was trying to scare me into it. She emphasized that my brake pads needed immediate replacement. The inspection report claimed my brakes were "SOON GOING TO DIG INTO ROTORS” which I’ve attached to this review.

Once I left the dealership, I sought a second opinion from a reputable auto shop. I explained what had happened, and they inspected my vehicle thoroughly. To my disbelief, they confirmed that my brake pads and other items (besides the battery) listed above were fine. I did not need an alignment and I have also attached photos of the brake pads as proof that this dealership was trying to scam me.

It’s appalling that dealerships like this prey on customers, especially women, who might not be as knowledgeable about cars. Trying to pressure me into spending $400 on brake pads I didn’t even need is fraudulent behavior. I have already reported this dealership to the Better Business Bureau.

I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and stress—go elsewhere.

I have been trying to get the charger that goes to my EV for months! The sales Manager (Faris)is impossible to get a hold of and the salesperson just started ignoring me all together. They originally asked me to take my review down (see photos) and they would get me the charger to my car that was shown in the trunk of the car in the ad (see photos) . I took it down and they gave me nothing. I told them I have to commute 70 miles to work and not having a charger is causing me issues going to work. I’m an Active Duty service member and can’t just miss work! They also racked up $70 in tolls on my trade in (see photos) and they don’t care about that either. How is it even possible to treat your customers this bad? I’m going to try my best to find out how to get in contact with your corporate office. Don’t buy anything from them!
