There is a chili shortage and there are NO more tours. HOWEVER, the gift shop is still open and staffed by two friendly and helpful women. I gasped when I walked and and was tickled pink the whole time. I've wanted to visit for many, many years and finally got a chance to do so.
So many shirts and designs. There's even a collectible toy that reminds me of the doll in squid game movie somehow. I was even given a free umbrella. Prices are very reasonable for clearance items. Wow, I love this place!!!!!
If you are facing the building, drive all the way to the left and you will see a door to the giftshop. Pose with a full size image of the owner in cardboard.

A cool one-hour tour inside the home of the world famous hot sauce factory with 9 assembly lines and under 200 employees. No bags allowed on the tour, but you can bring your phone, wallet and water. You’ll be given a red hairnet to wear while touring and photos/videos are permitted. Worth a visit for locals and a great place to bring out of state/country friends and family to tour without driving all the way out to Los Angeles for interesting landmarks.
They make their own plastic bottles and sauces in-house. We got to ride on the “Spicy 2” bus to enter the factory for the tour. At the end of the tour, each person received 2 complimentary gifts from the owner David T.- a bottle of hot sauce (3 types to choose from) and an umbrella or plus hot sauce toy for the kids!
Thank you David for being so generous! Love it.

We went Monday 7/15/19. It was an awesome tour, the employees are courteous and knowledgeable. The new tour guide did good a job. It’s well worth it, i can’t believe the price (wow). If your a sriracha lover like me it’s a must see. The only bad part there was some rude lady that just walked in, she didn’t have closed shoes or make reservations online, just because she knew some girl that is a boss there, she got to go on the tour. The kid she has with didn’t even wear a hair net. She was rude to the employees and people, made a fuss about signing a waiver. I even posted a pic of her. Lol

Free factory tour! My mom's house is the city next door, so I had to check this out. It was pretty fascinating to see what the owner had built. They make 3 products (in various sizes) and have been quite successful. You get free chili when you leave! The gift shop has cute stuff you can buy for friends and family.

I want to preface this review by stating that I LOVE this company’s products. I’ve been a loyal consumer of their Sambal Olek for over 20 years. I recently restocked my pantry with their product after not finding it in stores for awhile. I bought two bottles. I opened one and its seal was crusty, smelled foul, and had mold growing inside under a plastic seal. I tossed it out immediately. I opened the next one and it was the exact same way. I called their customer service and she told me to return it to the store to get my money back. I don’t have the receipt and they won’t return it after two weeks. I’ve had it in my pantry longer than that ~30 days. It appears that this company doesn’t care about their manufacturing issues or that consumers may get sick from their products. They don’t care that a loyal customer for over two decades is literally throwing away money on their products. They don’t stand behind their products and provide replacements or some form of a coupon to make it right. I am pretty disappointed.

One of the coolest tours. Iconic food staple. Immigrant success story. American Dream. Controversial news stories. Full blown factory tour. Free hot sauce! Awesome merchandise store.

I love your brand of Sriracha!! My brother-in-law introduced it to me years and years ago.. I always have a bottle of it in my house, love it on everything! Please keep up the good work!

This is where the customer name is very important when picking up items. If you do not know the customer name, pickup will be impossible. Parking and check-in are easy and very friendly. The loading time is about an hour.
