I was very skeptical about going in due to the bad reviews but I was like they are old so go see for yourself, SO GLAD I DID! All of the staff was very friendly and extremly hellful. I was able to get a scooter for my Mom's cruise, which put a smile on her face when I surprised her. Turns out she really needed it cause there was a lot of walking to the port. Thanks so much 😊

I have dealt with this company over several different issues for my Dad. And have visited store over the last year on several occasions. Have also called with inquiries. I can honestly say that they have ALWAYS been extremely pleasant and very helpful. And if they didn’t have what I was looking for they have suggested other competitors. Not sure why others have had negative experiences. Maybe they are the ones with the bad attitude because it’s always been pleasant to deal with this company and the employees. And that’s much more than I can say about most places these days.
If you have a need, check it out for yourself. Don’t go by these bad reviews. Some people just look for things to complain about.

I saw a lot of negative reviews on this location and decided to give it a try myself since I had to buy some medical equipment, and I was actually very surprised considering the negative reviews. As soon as I walked in the door a woman immediately came out from behind the counter and helped me find everything I needed, made sure that everything fit properly, and she was extremely friendly and helpful. I've reviewed alot of places and given bad and good reviews but I can't think of anything negative from my experience at this location.

My 13 year old son needed crutches, the beautiful lady w/dark brown hair, helped me find what he needed. She was awesome, sweet and not intimidating at all.

IF YOUR IN NEED OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES, KEEP LOOKING!
It's now understable why this company only has a few stars. The staff is not very professional, the lady that answers the phone is nice but Ben is in need of serious training. They do not keep you updated, you end up calling them just to get the same answers, and you have to repeat your info everytime your transferred between callers. Apparently the one that answers cannot tell the person taking the call, "so and so is on the line for you.".....the office is not that busy(understandably) or that big. Train your staff to be more empathetic and caring, its a medical supply store, for people already dealing with enough.

I needed my electric wheelchair repaired but since it was a 2010 model jazzy select gt and I didn't get it there they couldn't even try to fix it. So if I have to get a new one I'll go anywhere but Hyde Medical. It won't let me post zero stars !

Went there looking for nasal pillows for dreamwear mask( i have trough type under nose) asked would new nasal pillows work lady said no have to have a new mask. How much 90plus. Ok..gonna check with insurance. Asked next week on off chance if pillows did fit how much..24 and change. But didnt have any in. Bought a medium on amazon 12 dollars and they work with old mask.
