I am family so very biased here. These are exceptional men. They are some of the hardest workers I know. I have seen them answer calls and messages all hours of the day. They have left family gatherings and skipped many meals to meet customers at their convenience. They stress over unhappy customers and, if at all possible, they try to help them out however possible, sometimes out of their own pockets. The website is updated as soon as possible anytime something new comes in or any product sells. No matter the weather, they are out in it. Something many people are unaware of is that they pray over the machines coming in and going out and for their customers. They truly want everyone to be satisfied! I may not know too much about equipment but I know these guys take care of it all. They turn away consignors who are trying to sell junk or who are way overpriced looking out for their buyers. I wish there were more businessmen like Dan & Daniel! Like I said, just a little biased!

No service after the sale. They said God bless over and over until we got machine. They said machine was ready to go to work. After 1 day machine died and had contaminated fuel we had to drain and clean. No help from them even after we called multiple times. Then hydraulic hydraulic thumb cylinder blew out that they put on brand new. All connections were loose. Did not replenish oil to compensate for new thumb. They have been no help after the sale. I feel like a man who pushes religion on buyers should be a better Christian when his equipment was not as described. $100,000.00 machines should run for more than 1 day. No offer to repair or replace anything after owning it for one day. Very dissatisfied. I lost money and jobs day after day because this machine won’t stay running.
