iCloud Smoke is a wonderful friendly vape shop that offers a large selection of disposable nicotine vapes, vapor mods, e-juices and so much more. They have all of my favorite brands of disposable nicotine vapes. There are so many flavors to choose from. In the center of their show room is a large selection of incense sticks. I love that they have incense sticks in any scent you can imagine. They also carry white sage smudge sticks and candles too. Over all this is a great place to shop.

This is a very nice place with lots of selections. However, I'm not so sure about the store's return policy. My husband bought a vaporizer that the sales assistant recommended. It costed $49.99 plus tax. When we got back in the car, I asked him where the receipt was and he said she didn't give him one. I went back in and got it, mentioning that we might need it in case it doesn't work when we get home. While she was very friendly, her reply was to call the manufacturer, and NOT to bring it back to the store.

Seriously? The store doesn't even honor the sales they make the same day? I mean I can see having to contact the manufacturer after 30 to 90 days, but from what she said, their policy is if you get it home and it doesn't work, don't bring it back to the store. Call the manufacturer. I'm sorry, but that's just bad business, especially for a NEW electronic product that costs $49.99 plus tax.

Furthermore, if you're going to force a customer to contact the manufacturer about a product they just bought, be sure to give the customer their receipt. Because they're going to need it to provide to the manufacturer.

I didn't notice whether there was an "All Sales Are Final" sign in the store or not, but that should never be a store policy for electronics, unless the store only sells used products. A consumer should be able to feel confident that they don't have to worry about whether or not they bought a product that might have been damaged during shipping.

By the way, the vaporizer is working very well at the moment. I just hope it continues working.

The best staff everything I've asked about they haven't had, they got in fast,,, very professional and so clean smells so good and also I used to only find "raspberry rose" incense at Caribbean connection but they have it,,, love the zippo candles

I will FOREVER be a customer here. I am an avid hookah smoker and I have gone to quite a few smoke places in macclenny because I live in Bryceville. They have always been so unreasonable and pretty snooty every time I have give, so I avoid them at all cost. The closest smoke shop I have had is in orange park (other than the snooty macclenny ones) but this is so close and the lady I just spoke with, she went above and beyond to help me. I will purposely stop here every Sunday when I’m in macclenny now to get any hookah stuff.

So much to choose from when it comes to vaping or other smoke accessories. Fairly priced. The service is laid back & decently helpful depending on who’s working. Extremely clean & organized.
