Great shop, they have my juice and the customer service was fantastic. I had to switch vape stores recently due to them having distributor trouble so I looked around and it turns out this is one of the oldest vape stores in Salem. I was helped by Jupiter (the dude, not a planet at all) and had a really good experience. Turns out this place will be my go to from here on out. They could use a larger selection of devices and the prices are a little higher than other stores but the experience and friendly environment is worth a few extra bucks. Won't go anywhere else at this point.

Have been going here for a long time, drive across town just to go here. Their prices have steadily risen and are now ridiculous. I got the same mod they sell for 100$ for 55$ from flavor vapor on Hawthorne. Also my got my name brand E juice considerably cheaper as well. They’ve lost my business. Flavor vapor has gained it.

My new favorite vape shop... ok it's just down the road from my place but they also have a HUGE selection of everything.

On top of that they often have a discount shelf for either old or discontinued items. Love being able to get some emergency juice for cheaper.

I recently started using disposable vapes also for ease of use when I'm out and about. I recently finally ran into the issue the employees always mention. The employee made sure I had one that was firing properly before I left. Never shopping anywhere else.

I went in to buy a new mod as mine was leaking juice and mostly broken. When they asked how they could help, I explained that I needed to buy a new mod. You can tell the owners (I think that’s who helped me) truly care about ensuring their customers are taken care of and they don’t just care about the money like other vape shops I’ve been to. The gentleman explained how I might just need a new tank instead of purchasing an entirely new setup. The man and woman who helped me were so knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to explain things to me, and even though I ended up buying a new mod just to be safe, he went through the trouble of cleaning my old one so I could use it as a backup. They were so kind, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. This experience made me a loyal customer and I will continue to return.

I went to this vape shop and my fiancé ended up getting a new vape. He then went home put his own batteries in and then within 1 minute the vape got so hot and the batteries started spilling out battery acid everywhere. He immediately took it back to the shop and they told him their was nothing they can do so he talked with the manager on the phone at the store and he said he will give my fiancé a refund but is not welcome back ever and we are very kind and respectful people he didn’t even yell or get upset at the manager. He acted as if we did this a lot he just wanted a new one he literally just bought it. It was defective but the manager didn’t want to deal with it and told him I will give you your money back but don’t come back here and we are regular customers my fiancé comes here for coils regularly but not no more they don’t deserve our business. Also we ended up finding another vape shop down the street and found the same vape for $25 cheaper. Prices are to high here

Sold me novo pods that leaked from the box today…and have no active phone to call. Very disappointed. Their elf bars are also completely fake, they used to sell real ones last year. Place is going downhill.

I love that they have a loyalty program. Get points for every dollar you spend and after so many points I earn a $10 "coupon" to use towards my purchase!!! They have great customer service and always back their products!!
