It has a good Goodwill store there. Worth a visit for unique items.

Not happy with this store always under stocked never find what I needs better customer service workers are not friendly always homeless people outside making unsafe environment for family shopping.

Love my local dollar tree, I just wish they had a better rotation of goods. They have a tendency to allow the same products to sit on shelves for a long time. Other than that, I Love Dollar Tree.

There is only one cashier every time I go there. Last time, it was a weekday at 4pm the manager was the cashier. There is no priority line and even the Dollar Tree has faster check out. Expect long waits

Smaller parking lot but sufficient for the amount of traffic. Handicap accessible and an easy to navigate mini-mall. Anchor stores are CVS, Jack in the Box, Goodwill and Dollar Tree. WIC also has an office next to the Goodwill.

The only negative I would say is the homeless population that sometimes comes through and the lack of security in the lot since it's not patrolled and has in/out access at more than two points.

Considering also that Imperial Beach is a smaller community, these stores are not exactly their largest, but they do a great job at nailing proper inventory for the consumers. We have a different lifestyle here in Imperial Beach as well as we are a growing tourist destination.
