Be ware! If possible DO NOT buy books from this store. They charge almost twice as much than the publisher. What’s worse is that some are trials so you don’t even keep the book! Look elsewhere. For a school book store it does not in any way help students.

LAGGERS, all the offices are freaking laggers, they are lazy and hardly do their job. The financial aid office is a joke I don't if it's that they're understaffed or whatever but they take MONTHS to put your award in or fix a little thing, it's just ridiculous.

Really helpful in person. On the phone they will leave you on hold for 20 minutes and then hang up on you even after you respond.
