My first experience with in Bloom flower shop was unlike anything I've encountered.
I had walked in with no call ahead of time around 4:30-4:35pm right before they close at 5pm. Asked for a dozen roses and she had 9 available. Asking me if half dozen was okay I said yes. She told me to return in 15-20 minutes.
When returning as I walk in the door I overhear the two ladies of the flower shop loudly discussing and trash talking me and that I had come in last minute for flowers etc etc.
My only thing is, I never told them a specific time needed by. She also could have declined the sale by telling me she had no time to do the bundle of flowers.
I went ahead and purchased the $56 bundle of 6 roses and left knowing I will not be a returning customer. And as the only shop in town other than dollar general to carry flowers, it is clear to me which business will have my money.

Outstanding service! I live in France and placed an over the phone order, sameday delivery to Binger. Patty was excellent and extremely helpful. She even sent me an email with a picture of the bouquet of Roses and Lilies for my Mother's Birthday. I am extremely satisfied! 🇫🇷🇫🇷💋💋

I read the reviews of this florist and didn't have my hopes up. LOOK AGAIN though! This place is AMAZING. It was my great grandmother's 93rd birthday today and I wanted to send her some flowers. I didn't know her physical address for a delivery at that moment I called but the lady that I talked to over the phone knew my grandmother! Not only did she give me great options for bouquets, she also wrote a note to be delivered with it.
I can't thank the lady I talked with enough. This place made it possible for me to connect with my grandma and help make her day as special as it could be. I would recommend this place to anyone for the way that they treat their customers and the community.
