This small but fabulous boutique is incredible! Gorgeous clothes for every occasion. Lovely gifty items & jewelry. Great footwear but most of all the staff are AWESOME! Everytime I come to town I check out their latest arrivals & everytime staff are great!

I've never been to the store, but as a vendor I give them 1 star. It's been 4 months and they still haven't paid me. They just screen my calls and give me the runaround. Oddly, the few times I've gotten through I couldn't be connected to the owner because she was "on vacation." If she has money for vacations, she should use some of it to pay her bills.

Walking into this boutique is warm and inviting, like walking into a friend's home and I was instantly greeted with warm smiles. When I found a jacket the staff helped me pick out a matching outfit and choose the right sizes so I can layer in the winter.
The clothes and jewelry are all high quality and worth the price. My all time favorite boutique!

Exemplary customer service! By far the best in Fairbanks! The young lady who helped me was very pleasant and nice. She wasn't a pushy sales person. The store is cute, clean and a great selection. Updating my post customer service after three years is exemplary! Wonderful and very helpful.

I cannot remember having a better experience in any store, anywhere! As a manager for many hears in high end customer service, I have very high expectations, and In My Element did not disappoint!!! I came in looking for a very specific dress for my upcoming casual wedding. I was greeted by each of the ladies working in the store as I looked through the racks. They asked if I had anything specific in mind, and in fact found exactly what I was looking for even though it wasn’t currently on a rack. I was extremely happy with the dress I bought. All of the ladies were extremely friendly, helpful, and treated me with professionalism while at the same time making me feel like a close friend! I highly recommend In My Element if you are looking for super cute clothes, shoes, and accessories, with an amazing staff in a relaxed professional environment!!
