My kids in Canada ordered flowers for me for my 60th birthday. They were the most beautiful arrangement I have seen. Huge roses, gorgeous gerber daisies and snapdragons. Highly recommend!

I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with this flower shop. Although they market themselves as a local business committed to supporting the community, which I was looking to support, my recent interaction proved otherwise. I placed an order for flowers at 8:00 am EST for a very special occasion. Received confirmation and assumed all would be taken care of. However, they called me at 6:30 pm EST, claiming the location was too far and refused to deliver as they were closing at 5:00 pm PST. Their response to my review is completely false, and throughout the interaction, they were combative and made numerous excuses. Their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful, causing significant emotional distress. The customer service for the third party was closed. Additionally, their ‘surprise disclaimer ’ did nothing to address or resolve the issue. A 79 year old business should reconsider the third parties they engage with, as this experience with both parties was disappointing and EXTREMELY frustrating and did nothing to rectify the problem or offer alternatives.
