I think the parking lot needs better spacing between parking spots. It's narrow and most of the time many cars double park because of it.

Donuts, fish tacos, pho, and water refills. You can also get flowers, or graduation lei's for the kids. The fish taco restaurant also serves refreshing cold beer. Nicely convenient stop spot.
