I absolutely love their cookies! Insomnia is simply amazing, and I haven’t found anywhere that compares. Their White Chocolate Macadamia, Classic Chocolate Chip, and especially the Double Chocolate Chunk are my top favorites—they’re always baked to perfection.

Orders are typically ready in 15 minutes or less, which is super convenient. While the prices might be a bit on the higher side, the quality and taste make it totally worth it as an occasional treat. Honestly, if it were a little more affordable, I’d probably be there all the time!

Overall, Insomnia delivers incredible cookies that are perfect for satisfying a sweet tooth. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Love insomnia the cookies are so fresh and delicious! The service is great as-well they usually take a good amount of time to deliver. But they send emails, texts and even make a call to let you know your cookies were sent out!

Five stars highly recommended if you are looking for the besst desert! Try with some Almond milk YUM!

They've gone downhill lately. Guess the current employees who fulfilled our order are completely illiterate because they gave us almost all the incorrect cookies. When I called customer support and they talked to this store, the employees there also lied and said they tried to call me. I've ordered from here for years, honey. I know they can reach me but my phone records show they didn't. Also, their delivery just straight up is awful. I don't go into their store often, but the times I have, they've been good but not their delivery.

Love the cookie all warm and delicious and don't get them very often so today decided to use the app to order and pick up. Well I tried to order the dipper pack that has buttercream frosting in a cup fitted into the box with 12 mini cookies. Was very disappointed when first the app wouldn't let me order it because it said I needed to pick 12 cookies for it but wouldn't let me click on any so I just ordered at the store and second when I got my order the frosting came in a separate cup (not like the packaging on the app or website- see pictures) and it wasn't full like the pictures either. Very disappointed especially since I ordered that specifically due to the packaging because we were eating it in the car on the go so it wouldn't make a mess and have to deal with all these different containers but instead had to deal with it making a mess in the process. But a very tasty mess indeed.

Never again will I go to Insomnia. Wanted a first week of school treat so I went by at 10:00 to get some cookies. There was a sign on the door that said online order only. Frustrating. I had a free coupon for delivery my apartment gave me, so I used it. I waited for TWO HOURS. The tracker would not work. Finally they got here, I opened them, and there’s only five cookies, not six. The box is called “super six”…how hard is this? Even if it’s a first week of school “we’re busy” situation, how do you not anticipate that as a business? Ridiculous. Now I get to enjoy my almost $4 cookies each cold.

Cashier told me he couldn’t take $100 bill. So I went and got change for the $100. Then when I paid for my cookies with a $20 they told me they don’t have the proper change and asked if they could short me on change…. Then he still messaged up what cookies I wanted. I only got 4/6 proper cookies….

Avoid this location! Ordered through the website for delivery and it was delivered to the wrong location. When I called they said that they would not refund my money or redeliver because it's through a 3rd party even though I ordered off the website. Do not order delivery from here!

I would like to add I asked the employee to have a manager call me and she called me rude. I have yet to hear from a manager over a week later.

I was excited to try the vegan cookies here. I ordered double chocolate chunk, birthday cake, and chocolate chunk. Sadly, the cookies were disappointing. When you have a cookie not only should you want to eat it, but you should be reaching for more. I didn't even want to finish one. The predominant flavor in all three cookies was just sugar. They are all overly sweet. The flavors were underwhelming. I'd rather buy some oreos. Two stars for the staff being kind and the cookies weren't gross. Just too sweet and I wouldn't want to order them again.
