Jerry has pierced me 4 times now! He is a super nice and cool guy. He explains exactly what he’s going to do and what he’s doing while he is doing it! Something i especially love about this shop is the fact that he provides you with the necessary things to clean your new piercings! Always a good experience and will always be going to Jerry!!

My children and I went to get tattoos together anyways they did an excellent job very friendly. I’ve never not rejected ink even good ink . It’s only like two weeks old, bit looks exactly the same as when he put in the ink. Its Beautiful. I highly recommend this place. All of our tattoos look great we were all very happy.

My husband, our son, and I were up here just yesterday so me and my husband could LOOK at nose rings. My piercing doesn’t like traditional hoops so I was looking for good quality good priced jewelry so I’d know what to look for later on. I specifically asked for horseshoe in 18? Cause I pierced with an 18. They didn’t have any. So I settled for a pink/green titanium infinity hoop. My husband on the other hand is a different story. He has been wanting an infinity hoop since his piercing was fresh (not sure how long he’s had it.) so he’s looking and asked for 16g nose rings cause his piercing is 16g. He wanted to size compare 3/8 and 5/16 black infinity hoops just to see the difference. He said 4 times he wanted 16g 5/16 infinity hoop in purple. She gave us the black instead. She would talk to him up until a woman started talking and she’d cut him off and speak to the female. $30 we walk out with new nose rings that weren’t even exactly what we wanted however we didn’t notice his was black instead of purple until we were already back in the car driving. We called them today to bring up the issue and she answered the phone. She was NOT MALUABLE!!! Our choices were being the jewelry back, repay for mine, he get half the $30 back, her order purple infinity rings and come back and exchange it for free, or get a completely different style in purple for free. We love 1 hour 30 mins - 2 hours away so not really an option. Very unprofessional and does not listen to anybody that is of opposite gender. This was my husbands go-to shop for piercing jewelry and won’t go there anymore because of this. This however was my first experience here and was not great. I gave 1 star cause I had to put something to write a review but my real opinion is 0 stars. Do NOT go here if you’re a male you’ll not be listened to and walk away with the wrong thing.
UPDATE: he was willing to use it then when he went to put it in found out the ring was twisted out of shape therefore making it unusable. I can’t use mine either for the same reason

I have had multiple piercings done my Jerry and every time they have been amazing. No infections. He’s been very clear on the whole process and how to do aftercare. The environment there is amazing too. They have helped me and my sister with our piercings that we got from somewhere else. They are very patient also. Definitely recommend going here.

Got two tattoos (pictured) done here by Jerry (this guy is the greatest, I live in Bartlesville Oklahoma now, and I plan on traveling the 5 hours (there and back) for all my tattoo needs). I won't go anywhere else. I made that mistake more than once (with piercings, sigh). Just because someone else is cheaper it certainly doesn't mean better. I got piercings (never had a single issue) done here as well. Other places come and go, but Ironhorse seems to be the only constant.

(please note second picture was taken a few days later (after it was tattooed 😊) at work when I was doing cleaning/mantainance while it was healing. IT WAS NOT TAKEN AT THE SHOP, THEY ARE MUCH, MUCH CLEANER, AND HAVE MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE SEATING FOR THE TATTOOING.)
