Expensive if you're looking to buy a whole bike, but I just needed a replacement part and for that they were fast, affordable, and effective. I'd recommend if you need a fix!

The service is good! Friendly staff no issues at all there they’re awesome. The bike prices? absolutely horrendous. If you are low income, don’t come here. They sell rusty used bikes for $300-400 which is… crazy for a used bike. You can buy a brand new bike that’s better quality online for cheaper than the used bikes they sell here and it will last you longer and get you places faster !

Pedro and his staff treated me like gold. From what I witnessed IVBB treated their customers with prompt service no matter what. I bought an Aventon Pace 500 next generation. Completely satisfied with product. Pricing was very good, dissuaded me from on line purchase.

We took our daughter's bike here because the front wheel was out of true. We got there 30 minutes before closing and I thought it would be the next day before we could pick it up. They did the repair and installed a front basket we bought there. The prices were reasonable, service was great as well as fast. Highly recommend!!

From the moment we walked in, terrible service. The staff seemed to not want us there, or be able to give advice at all about the used bikes they sell. They didn't even understand how to switch gears on a 21-speed I was originally interested in. I took the bike I bought back after a week, due to squealing breaks, and they just shrugged their shoulders, told me there was nothing they could do. Charged me a rental fee of $40 for the week, and watched them just put a price tag back on the bike and put it into the used bike area, without even checking on the breaks. The only reason I'm not giving 0 star is that my husband happened to find a great bike from them on his own. While I was there, another customer asked for some air and a pressure check in her tire, and they charged her $1. Smh.
