Order the birthday cake went to pick it up was told me to go pay for it before I can get it wall
Stood in a long line and had to come back to pick up the cake don't understand I've been to a lot of Publix and you pick up your cake and then go to the checkout unnecessary waiting

I normally shop at this Publix location when I'm visiting my sister in miami. The store is always busy and well stocked. The cashiers do a great job with moving the lines. Parking is not the best, but I always get up parking spot.

I use this place because is on my way to the express way.
Quality has changed dramatically.
After the wash cycle has finished...all cars are still with soap over.
This is because the management or owner are reducing the rinse time to save money.
Because he doesn't care about customers.

The lack of professionalism in the pharmacy was surprising. I witnessed another customer asking for names,then after she left a few of the pharmacy workers/techs started talking bad about the customer asking for names and used profanity as if the customer had the nerve, ridiculous audacity. All women, who are melanin skin, I was disgusted

Everytime you order your cold cuts online there never ready. Deli dept always have attitude. Bakery you can stand in front of them they don't acknowledge you constantly have to keep asking for help. Sandwich spot always so slow. Like the whole store has attitude. The worst publix!!!
