This is a great store. I have visited muliple times! They have a variety of new merchadise. I have bought several things and have been very happy. Very nice owners and very helpful in finding what you need.

0 out of 5 stars here. I’ve been blocked by this seller on Facebook Marketplace, for pointing out a major safety issue with selling a “Store Display” car seat. It is apparent that these folks do not care if your children are safe or not, and seemingly hope you don’t know the difference. I was told “ It's 100% the same as one without the label,” and immediately blocked before I was able to respond with, “If it was setup as a display model, it could have damage that isn’t visible to the naked eye. It’s just not safe. Ask any CPST, they’ll tell you the same thing.” That being said, I provided information on the matter, AND apologized as I realized my initial message may have come off as rude, which was absolutely not my intention. However, this interaction with Jeffrey L Blake via Facebook Messenger was very unprofessional, and I will advise all my friends and family to steer clear of this business.

It’s a small store but they have a lot of nice inventory for it’s size. They’ve got great deals on everything from Bluetooth Speakers to Air Fryers so I’ll definitely stop by there again to do some more shopping.

Searching Facebook today looking for luggage for a trip and I came across this store. I haven't been there yet but I am going today. Number one reason I'm headed there ...I loved reading this owner's response to every single review especially the negative ones 🤣🤣🤣 so awesome! I laughed so hard. So articulate, hilarious and to the point. He remembered almost every one of you and brought the receipts. I enjoyed reading all of them.

Editing at the top to respond to your response. You must not have read my whole review Because I CLEARLY said “THE WOMAN APOLOGIZED BUT THE MAN WHO WROTE THE MESSAGE DID NOT”. So read it again please. I also said “I ONLY messaged them because of what they said”. The issue is YOU misspoke and won’t take ownership for it. That’s the issue I have. THAT is what makes you unprofessional. Yes you offered a store discount but at that point I did not want to do ANY MORE business with you which is why I said I would sell it myself. I can post the message. Many people agreed that the words you chose are what made the message unprofessional, it’s not just because “I took it that way”. There is nothing more to the story than what is told.

I had good experiences with this store…until I didn’t. I was told to bring an item back if it didn’t work out. The item I bought was the wrong item for my camera. I ONLY messaged the owners because they specifically said “it’s not a pro. If it doesn’t work out, come back and let me know”. I would not have messaged about the item if they did not say this. I received a message back that was SO rude and unprofessional that I almost couldn’t believe it. So I go into the store to speak with them about it. Curious if they’d make things right. I’m a reasonable person. I give second chances. The woman apologized, however the man, who is the one that sent the message did not and only said “well I wasn’t trying to be rude, that’s just how you took it”. Then come to find out, he made the initial statement of the camera not being a pro because he THOUGHT he was talking to someone else. He didn’t seem to care about my concerns about his rudeness. Only that I took it the wrong way. They lost a customer here and I had just told so many people about this great store. I now have to tell them about how unprofessional the owners are.

My wife and I purchased a coffee table from this place. Later that day we discovered a dried up water mark that unfortunately was not caught prior to. Few days later I called the store and was told "all sales are not refundable." I take full responsibility for not catching the blemish prior to sale. *For the consumer: Times are tough and every dollar saved helps, but please thoroughly inspect any item you may purchase from a store like this beforehand.

My 1 star rating is simply due to lack of due diligence before putting things on the sales room and unwillingness to work with customers. Guess it's in the name for a reason.

0 out of 5 stars honestly. Will never shop here again! The owners are rude and lack any customer service skills. Arlene (I’m assuming) kept starring at us for no reason without even the curtesy of speaking. Not only did the customer service suck the prices were high. Can buy the same things at Target or Amazon for the same price or lower and be treated with respect. Don’t shop here. I hope y’all shut down!
