I love the experience here, i actually prefer to not be followed around. There is a line between being helped and being watched like a hawk and the J. Lilly employees are respectful of that. All you have to do is ask for help or opinions and they're glad to help. The owner does a fantastic job of keeping up with the latest trends and gift ideas without overpricing the items. I always find something when I shop here, i definitely recommend them for anything from gifts, outfits for dinner, and thunder game days! You won't be disappointed.

I bought the Pia Black Glitter Hightop Sneakers. After 2 evenings of wearing them I noticed the bottom had fuzz like hair on the bottom of the shoes. It obviously wasn’t noticeable until I crossed my leg or was in a position you could see the bottom of my shoe. It just looked cheap which I expect with a cheap shoe but these retail for just under $100. I tried pulling the fuzz off which ultimately started pulling the bottom of the shoe off so I stopped. I took the shoes into the store to show them thinking it was possibly a quality issue. There were 3 employees there when I walked in and they just stated that was just the way they are made. I shop here from time to time and I’m usually fairly happy with my purchases after the customer service I received today I’m not sure that I will be returning.

Overpriced. I actually got hosed into buying some shaving cream that I figured was specialty - turns out that I could have got it for less at Target; that made me feel ripped off. I wonder how much of their stuff is just marked up product from other retailers. Everyone was friendly though.

I don't think they stocked much for the plus-size crowd. I didn't see one thing, to be honest.

I love this store. There’s something for everyone. I’m not a girly girl but their items are versatile and can be applied to whatever style you wear. Their clothes are high quality and very reasonably priced for a boutique. I highly recommend stopping by! It’s a great store to find gifts also!

I was half heartedly greated by a "sales" lady and left to shop on my own. As I was the only customer in the small shop I was surprised at the lack of experience I received. No small chit chat--nothing. No "these are pretty cool. We just got them in" type of thing. I bought a Rustic Cuff put in a small cheap pouch. No amazing package like you get at the Rustic Cuff store. Did Rustic Cuff not sell them a collection complete with at least Rustic Cuff pouches? Another lady came from the back to talk to the sales lady while ringing me up, but unfortunately she never looked my way. Just totally ignored me. I hardly ever see cars at Lilly's so my advise would be to create some type of experience for customers and they may become what every business has to have- return business.

This is the best boutique! Great selections of Kendra Scott, Rustic Cuff, and a wide selection of unique clothes for any occasion. Also they have the BEST customer service! J. Lilly's is my go to spot for everything!!

Impressive store. We bought shot glasses that looked like the longneck tops of capped beer bottles for the man cave. We eyed some very unique sunglasses and saw a lot of "Oklahoma" items.
