DO NOT GO HERE. Lisa is the rudest person ever. This place overcharged my card and then got mad at me when I got upset for being overcharged. For real?! Talk about the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. She made it a wrap an issue, refused to give me information on why I was overcharged and then told me there was nothing she could do for me. I would HIGHLY recommend not going to this place. There is a reason their reviews are TERRIBLE if you look up this place on uhaul. 100% do not go here.

This is my favorite local store. They have a little bit of everything in there! The owners are always on time to open the store and very friendly. The nighttime cashier Lisa is a sweetheart too.

Older style neighborhood convenience store. Jack's had what I stopped for and treated me right. 😀 They have all the usual stuff and more.

Prices are too high, selection of items to choose from are low, you pay a percentage of total costs when you use a debit card, and keep an eye on the numbers they are typing on the register because they will charge you higher prices if they think they can get by with it. I wouldn't shop here if I had a way to shop elsewhere. Additionally, the owner's wife makes you feel uneasy when browsing. She will be beside you the whole time and pretend to be cleaning and organizing shelves. This is something you learn to do when you work retail if you suspect the person may shoplift. She does it regardless of who you are if you're the only one in the store.

I bought a can of Freon that was double the cost of Walmart. Did not need it. Brought it back the next day un-used "with receipt" and the wife would not refund the money. 2 liter of soda at Walmart $2.01. Here it is $4.23. Way over priced but convenient however, the Freon situation lost me.

Great lil' store. Always extremely friendly and helpful. They try to have a little bit of everything (even U Haul rentals). They are a great part of the community and we are lucky to have a great lil' country store like this. Thank you Raj, Krishna and Lisa (aka the white chick....inside joke).

The owners and the coworker they have working for them in the evenings name Lisa are awesome individuals and will make you feel at home and make sure you get what you are looking for . If they don't have the item that day you go in they will definitely have the next you go see them . They are very generous and honest people. My #1 goto spot for last minute items ! Thank you again !!!

THIEVES!!

(The five stars were so this gets read!)

These two will short change you, if you’re not careful!!! I was warned by a neighbor and verified it myself.

The owners take full advantage of the folks out here, in “the islands” who are on public assistance too. Should they need Cigarettes, lotto, beer or a little extra cash? No worries!!! They “know how to do it.” At Jack’s. Slide your EBT or SNAP card and BOOM you’re good here.

They should be jailed, in reality.

Stroll further down to Gobbler Dr. and the cleaner, HONEST store BOONDOCKS.
