I recently visited Jackson Bike & Board and unfortunately found out after I showed up that they have new hours and are now closed Sundays through Wednesdays. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service I received. Even though the shop was closed, a gentleman said to go into the shoe store next door, since the shops are connected. I was holding my toddlers strider bike and asked if I could drop it off now, a wonderful gentleman named Cory graciously offered to help me and take in the bike for servicing. Even though the bike shop was technically closed today and he could’ve turned me away, he didn’t. His kindness and willingness to go above and beyond truly made my day. I appreciate individuals like Cory who prioritize customer satisfaction and make the world a better place with their actions. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Took my son’s bike here and they took the time to put new tubes in and tightened up all the loose parts that I didn’t even know were loose. Wonderful customer service! The guy that gave it to me even gave me some skateboard tape for the bikes trick pegs so my kid won’t slip off when he’s trying to do tricks on it.

Excellent service (they fixed everything quick and got a 30 year old bike all cleaned up), reasonably priced parts, and friendly staff. The shop itself is nice, and it looked like they had a reasonable selection of bikes and equipment. Would definitely recommend (especially considering it's 1 of only 2 bike shops in the area.)

Good pricing on stuff, they know what they are doing and talking about when it comes to bikes. But the guy seemed like he really didn't wanna work on my bike. But overall good shop.
