I recently bought a vehicle from a different dealership that needed work. Jackson’s was the location closest to me and they went above and beyond with helping me get some things taken care of! My mother had lost her minivan in the rains and was needing a new vehicle, I live in Kansas and was not able to go to Oklahoma and help my mother look for a vehicle, I found an 2006 Dodge Caravan from Jacksons of Enid on line and got a hold of the sale person, Jordan. Jordan was very very helpful, was one of the best sales person that I have had dealing with in a long time. I was able to take care of buying this van for my mother over the phone, and Jordan had everything ready so all my mother had to do was to show up, sign a few documents and drive away in her new minivan. I would highly recommend dealing with Jordan at Jacksons of Enid.

Got our new truck couple days ago. Jordan was amazing. We was very picky with the payments of the truck and she worked with us on lowering them to our liking. Also had to bring the kids along for the deal and she gave them coloring books to keep the busy while the adults talked. She had it going on! Would so come again when the time comes.

Had oil change done awhile back, and they told me I had a leak around the pan. Instead of letting me know before they finished, they went ahead and finished the job. I found out after the truck was done and told me I had to make another appointment. I will not go there again. This was very unprofessional.
