Wow! What a great experience we just had at JC Western. Went in with our late Mother’s treasured vintage Bavarian Trachten hat. It was a bit too small for my husband. In less than five minutes SAM took great care with it, gave it some steam and a prayer and was able to fit it perfectly ! He’s a gentle giant and a true gentleman not to mention Hat expert !!! Thank you SAM !!!

This store was amazing! We had an great experience. Dora helped us and she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to help us find the exact boot we were looking for. This will be My daughter’s first boot and if you are looking for a boot, this the store to come to. She has a very distinct size foot and they did not fall short of having options for my girl. We left the store VERY HAPPY. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Service is impeccable from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out!!!

Super friendly and helpful staff! They have the best selection and are extremely size inclusive which was such a blessing for me. The store was so organized and clean! I love this place, their customer service is awesome. I’ve been coming to this store since I was 17 and now I’m in my 50s. Sam took care of me and reshaped my hat better than what it came in. Very good quality and really competitive pricing. Definitely recommend this store ❤️

The best western wear store I’ve been to in Palm Beach. They gave me a new pair of boots after having problems with a pair of boots I bought 3 weeks ago. Now I’m satisfied with my new boots. Thank you Sam I really appreciate what you’ve done.

RECENT VISIT, WAS ASSISTED/WAITED ON BY DORA!!! THE BIBLE OFTENS MENTIONS SOME AS "MIRACLE WORKERS" I JUST DISCOVERED ANOTHER MIRACLE WORKER "DORA" I HAVE RARELY OBSERVED AN ENTITY WITH SUCH PATIENCE!! UNBELIEVEABLE!
