This is a huge store with a wide selection. However, the selection, especially for men , is hit or miss. I needed dress shirts and they had plenty on the large and extra large, but few medium. The staff is helpful. The aisles are wide and the store is easy to maneuver. There is tons of parking. The sales are usually excellent.

I was in the awahatukee store today and needed to return scads,of,clothes because I had bought them for a vacation and didn’t have time to try them on. They were too big. When my server started processing them she found I had the wrong receipt. It would have been $400 And more then I could ever use as store credit. You can imagine how upset with myself I was. But your amazing staff person AZITA was absolutely amazing. It took about fifteen minutes or more but she managed to process everything back to my credit card. I cannot tell you how impressed with her professionalism I am. I hope she gets some recognition for you getting this letter.

Scheduled my photo session!
Photographer was late to my appointment, took 15? Mins in my session made a complete joke out of our picture captured all the ones with our eyes closed and did not retake offers a different date which was not okay! Claim had another appts when there was no one else in the lobby smelled like alcohol!
Horrible experience!! Then offered me to buy pictures at nearly insulting prices knowing there was coupons for the only few that were okay!! Called next day for manager no answer no call back! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PICTURES HERE!!!!!

I went to get my hair layered not to get it all chopped off, the Hair Dresser ( Santa) said she saw my pic and would do it like that. Well now I have my hair looking like , well old school dyke cut. 8 am so embarrassed if my hair, Lady's watch out. If you don't she will cut your hair all OFF!!!! My Husband is so upset as. Well!!!!!!

The store itself was clean. The men's bathroom was not! My son came out and told me there was no toilet paper in one stall and the other stall was locked even though vacant. He told the cleaning lady and she didn't seem to care. Sorry, but that is unacceptable.

Don't usually shop at jc Penney but since they seem to be the only store that sells men's tee shirts with pockets in the tall section I went in search of the elusive tee shirts and achieved success.
