Cannot believe the extraordinary warm welcome I received! My first visit to what is such a wonderful addition to our neighborhood! Mens, women’s AND children’s clothing and accessories all neatly presented AND absolutely such fantastic sales associates! They offered me assistance immediately! Jackie, Fredricka and Alison, the store manager, were so warm, welcoming and knowledgeable! I am a woman who has been in retail sales and management for 60 years, yes, 60! I have very high standards regarding those in this business and each of these women well exceeded my expectations! I’ve since returned twice more and I was made to feel as though I was a member of the J Crew “family”! Pricing was impressive as was the quality and ease finding whatever I was looking for and more! Don’t wait another minute. Visit and I am sure you will agree with me!

The store is ok, but carries no petite sizes. Limited selection of clothing at best, only very casual styles. If you want the real J Crew you’re better off shopping online, not the factory stuff that’s cheap.

I was ignored and treated poorly here today. Everyone else was greeted and helped. Not a single associate spoke to me my entire visit except the cashier.. The cashier was friendly and asking others ahead of me questions until she got to me. When I went to check out she simply said "yes ma'am?" As if there's no way I could be purchasing clothing from J Crew. She was boarderline rude the entire exchange after being super friendly to everyone else. I did not bother to go in dressed up, I have an injury so I'm in hiking boots and jeans with my hair up. I feel I was mistreated because of appearance and profiled badly. Shame on you, J Crew. I'm a loyal shopper who will never buy from your store or website again.

My first visit to J.Crew Factory St petersburg. I was run out of the door because they were closing in 5 minutes. I had no idea before I walked in the door. Not the best experience. I won't return.
