Best customer service. I had an issue with my zap bracelet (nothing that was her fault) and walked in not expecting much as I thought it was fair if she were to turn me away but she fixed me right up, no questions asked and with a permanent solution. The store is always so organized and clean and I enjoy seeing the doggy and just talking to the owners. Very kind people that deserve the business. 😊 Highly recommend.

Stopped in on vacation to get a permanent bracelet and the owners were so so kind! 5 of us got a bracelet and they were so quick and had lots of options! We loved it so much, we went back the next day and got more 🙂 They also have super cute clothes for great prices! All around, a great experience!

My family came to get some permanent bracelets while on vacation and we’re all so obsessed! My sister-in-law and I loved it so much we came back the following morning and got some permanent rings! We felt at home as soon as we walked in the doors. The owners are so sweet and seemed like old friends. My family decided to get permanent jewelry as our souvenir this year while on vacation. Such a great establishment who pride themselves in their work and providing fair pricing. My best friend and I got permanent jewelry and were blown away by the customer service as well and how helpful and nice the owners were. Would recommend this place for permanent over anywhere else.

This is a family owned business and the family is so sweet and amazing. We talked to them for about an hour after we were done. I looked at a couple of shops before going to this one. The others were really expensive and didnt have a lot of options. After seeing so many positive post, I went to JD Maclang. So glad I did! She took the time to help my choose the best chain. She encouraged me to feel them on my skin to make sure I would be comfortable sleeping with it. I was being indecisive about what to pick. She took the time to lay it down and show me how the different charms I chose would look, and the different ways I could piece it together. Her husband pulled up pictures to show me some options. I originally just wanted an anklet, but I will be going back for a bracelet.

Everyone was so sweet! We have been to so many other stores today looking for my sister the perfect dress for a beach wedding she is attending tomorrow, (last minute of course!). Finally found a dress here! Thank you! Amazing family owned business!
