Jeff Dennis and his entire staff are excellent. I was able to let my little girl fill out a wishlist on ladies night then later get her some Christmas gifts off it with excellent customer service and pricing. Then I messaged on New Years Day , not even expecting a response, about a particular ring I wanted for upcoming vow renewal and they answered almost immediately with information about payments and resizing and quickly had it ready around lunch time on the 2nd. I couldn't recommend this store enough!

Jeff Dennis came through for me again! Five Star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Rating on both his work and customer service! My wife’s wedding ring bore the marks that are the result of a hard working, dedicated wife, mother, and Nana. We’ve been together for 38 years. Her wedding set had seen its better days and was missing the center stone and one baguette on the side.

We moved away from Gardendale two years ago and so visited a large diamond store in Cincinnati that advertises on Christian radio. My sweetheart and I walked in with high hopes of restoring this ring which has come to be viewed by us as a cherished symbol of our love and life together.

Imagine how deflated we felt when they refused to work on the ring and in the same breath tried to sell us a new set for her. That was NOT going to happen. We left the store stunned and saddened.

It was then that we turned to my friend, Jeff Dennis, for help. I said to my wife, “If anyone can restore this ring to its former beauty, I’m sure Jeff can.” I reached out to Jeff through Messenger and he was more than accommodating and assured me he would take care of our needs.

The ring has been finished for a while now but I did not want to have him send it to us for fear it would somehow get lost. Jeff kept the ring in his safe until we were to make another trip back to Birmingham.

Folks, all that this man has done for us goes beyond my expectations. His customer service is top notch! His workmanship is excellent! I’ve attached pictures and I’m sure you will agree. Jeff Dennis Jewelers is why small, family owned business is where we need to spend our dollars.

I drive from Huntsville to Gardendale to have Jeff handle all of my jewelry repairs. Not only does he do excellent work, but he’s honest and trustworthy. My family has been doing business with him for over 25 years and will continue as long as he’s in the jewelry business. Jeff also made my son a wedding set for his wife out of diamonds that were handed down to him. It is absolutely gorgeous. Jeff’s work is absolutely 5 out of 5 stars.
